The support of our patrons, donors and partners has helped the CSO weather significant short-term losses due to COVID-19. This has made it possible to continue to create opportunities for musicians this year and develop an exciting 2021 season with incoming Artistic Advisor Jessica Cottis.
While producing content in new, digital formats has been challenging, these projects have supported local musicians and fostered collaboration through an extraordinarily difficult time for the arts in Canberra. Sustained support for the sector will be critical to its recovery, in 2020 and in the months that follow. Please consider donating all or part of your ticket refund to the CSO as an investment in our future.
In accordance with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice, all ticket holders for these events are entitled to a full refund. To request a full refund, including booking fee, email firstname.lastname@example.org. To convert all or part of your refund to a tax-deductible general donation to the CSO, email email@example.com
For all donation and refund requests, please provide your full name, contact number and the five-digit booking reference number on your tickets. Due to the volume of requests, processing may take up to six weeks. We thank you for your understanding.
Australian Series: Inner Worlds (23 Jul) has been postponed – we hope to present that concert later in the year. The CSO will refund patrons who do not wish to attend the rescheduled concert – we encourage you to wait for the release of further details before making that decision.
CSO Community Programs have been suspended for the time being.
